7. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

Payment for our services is due in advance according to the chosen subscription plan. By purchasing our services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees when due according to the pricing displayed at purchase
• Provide accurate billing information
• Notify us of any billing disputes within 30 days
• Accept responsibility for all charges incurred under your account
• Comply with our refund policy as outlined separately

7.1 Subscription Renewals

Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

7.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

8. Community Guidelines

Our Discord community and other interactive platforms are subject to additional guidelines:

• Treat all members with respect and courtesy
• No spam, promotional content, or unauthorized advertising
• No sharing of personal trading positions or financial information
• No harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior
• Follow all platform-specific rules and community standards
• No discussion of illegal activities or market manipulation
• Maintain confidentiality of premium content and strategies

Violation of community guidelines may result in removal from our platforms and termination of services without refund.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable Dutch and EU data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms, details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9.1 Data Processing

By using our services, you consent to our processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and as necessary to provide our educational services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch and EU law:

• Profit Assist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services
• We are not liable for any trading losses or financial decisions made based on our educational content
• We are not responsible for third-party platform outages or technical issues

10.1 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

11. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Non-payment of fees
• Breach of community guidelines
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Misuse of our intellectual property

11.1 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and you must discontinue all use of our educational materials and community platforms.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
